Psalm 28

1. Written by David. I earnestly address You by name, O Self-Existent One (who is also my refuge). Don't ignore me or leave me alone. If You don't listen to me I will become like those who fall into a prison like pit of depression.
2. Listen carefully to my earnest petitions to You to free me from trouble as I lift my open hands toward Your holy place indicating my earnest desire for Your direction in my life.
3. Don't allow me to closely associate with those who work to cause trouble. Outwardly they act and talk friendly to people while inwardly they plan mischief and evil against them.
4 -5. Give these people who try to spoil and hurt others what they deserve. Because they don't accept the Creator's authority may He disconnect His life from them and let them die.
6. I kneel and adore the Creator because He has intelligently listened to me.
7. Trusting the Lord who surrounds and protects me makes me jump for joy, sing and raise my open hands to Him in loving worship.
8. The same, majestic, Self-Existent One who frees and protects us also fortifies and defends Messiah.
9. Keep safe those who trust You and speak good to those who accept Your authority. Take care of them and bring them into Your loving presence forever.

Psalm 27

1. Written by David. With the Self-Existent One as my Illumination, Happiness and Deliverer, who is of greater value? With the Creator as my defender, who is there that can alarm me?
2. When those who would break me down and cramp my life because of their hostility toward me came to cut down my productiveness and reduce my joy, they faltered and fell.
3. Though a whole group should try to get me down, I will not consider them as my authority. Even though they fight against me, I have a specific confidence.
4. I have made an all-encompassing request to the Self-Existent One and am striving for it. I long to have as intimate relationship with my Creator as a loving couple have with each other in marriage. I want this kind of relationship all the rest of my life so I can contemplate with pleasure the beauty of the Lord and admire, care about and consider Him where He lives.
5. When bad or evil times come He will protect me in His home. He will cover and hide me, protecting me as though I were on a cliff high above my enemies.
6. My response to being with my Lover - Jehovah - high above those who hate me is that I will shout and sing jubilee praises in the Creator's home. I will sing, accompanied by musical instruments, celebrating my Creator's love covenant with me.
7. Lord, I address You reverently by Name, please favorably respond to me.
8. You long for me to behold You. My response is "I will look at You, my Lover."
9. Don't turn away from me if You do get upset with me. You are my only help. Don't let me go, or break Your covenant with me, for You, Creator God, are the One who truly sets me free.
10. When my father and my mother release me, as giving in marriage, then the Self-Existent One will take me to Himself to complete our love covenant.
11. Show me (like pointing your finger in the right way) where You want me to go, my Lover, and guide me in pleasant, prosperous ways - particularly on account of those who are hostile against me and oppose me.
12. Don't allow those who would crowd me and are against me have their way, for cheats and liars have spoken against me as well as those who think cruelty and get violent.
13. I have chosen to trust my Lover and to see His beauty while I'm still alive.
14. You who are reading this, stay connected and united to the Creator God and He will keep you alert mentally and physically. Be sure to stay connected to the Creator, Your lover.

Psalm 26

1. Written by David. Make the right decision about me, O Self-Existent One; I have lived the best way I knew how. I have confidence in the Creator so I will not waver.
2. Investigate me, O Lord. Bring my thinking and emotions into unity with You.
3. By focusing on Your beauty and courtesy I have become stable and trustworthy.
4. I have not remained with desolating people - those who conceal their real motives.
5. I hate those who are good for nothing. I won't stay around those who are bad.
6. I will clean myself, then come close to You in worship, my Creator, so I can intelligently listen to You.
7. Then, with distinctness and awe, I will relate to others Your great and distinguished accomplishments.
8. Lord, I have loved being as intimate with You as in a loving marriage relationship.
9-10. Don't consider me a criminal or a prostitute selfishly wanting intimacy.
11. As for me, I belong only to You. Keep me close to You and be kind to me.
12. I am walking in Your right way. With Your family I will kneel to worship You.

Psalm 25

1. A song written by David. I come close to You, Creator God.
2. I find refuge in You - my Almighty and Supreme God. Don't let me become pale in embarrassment, but don't let those who hate me exult over me either.
3. Let no one who unites in you be ashamed and embarrassed. Rather, let those be ashamed and embarrassed who do wrong for no good reason.
4. Enable me to experience Your plan for me and entice me into it with Your incentives to keep me in Your will, My Creator.
5. Walk with me to develop my complete trust in You (through Your loving incentives) my Almighty God who saves me. I choose to stay with You all the time.
6. Keep using Your compassion, love, cherishing me as in the womb, and beautiful kindness, Eternal One, which You have always exhibited.
7. Don't think about when I missed your plan for me in the past or when I haven't accepted your authority. But according to how good and kind You are, O Creator, keep me in your mind.
8. The good and right Creator will point out the correct way to those who have missed it.
9. God will guide to make right decisions those who recognize their need of help and who keep busy and He will give them incentives to walk in His way.
10. God's beautiful and certain ways are for those choosing His clear will.
11. For Your honor, Eternal One, forgive my many wrongs and sins.
12-13. Does a person reverently submit to the will of the Creator? God will choose the best way for that person to live well, and even his family will inherit the earth.
14. Those who reverently submit to the Creator experience an intimate covenant relationship.
15. I look to the Self-Existent One to bring me out of traps set for me.
16. Look favorably on me (the one You love) Lord, for I'm depressed.
17. My problems keep getting bigger; bring me out of my difficulties.
18. You see what is keeping me occupied and wearing me out. Forgive me where I have been thinking and doing things the wrong ways.
19. You see that those who hate me keep increasing and become more and more violent.
20. Guard my life and snatch me away from them. Don't let me be disappointed because I confide in You and trust You.
21. Let Your complete innocence maintain me for I am united to You.
22. Ransom and release those who choose You, Supreme God, from the power of Your rival.

Psalm 24

1-2. A Song for voice and instrument, written by David.
This earth and everything in it - including people - belongs to the Creator God who put the land on water and prepared everything in this earth to prosper.
3. Who will go up to the Creator, or rise into His sacred presence?
4. He who does the right thing and has a clear conscience; who does not rush into temptation or make sacred covenants falsely.
5. The Self-Existent One will speak good to him and make him right.
6. This type of person searches for and worships God. (Pause in music)
7. Open your doors, O eternal heavens, for the glorious King to enter.
8. Who is this Honorable King? The Mighty, Valiant, Self-Existent One!
9. Open your doors, O eternal heavens, for the glorious King to enter.
10. Who is this ascending King? The Creator God of everyone. He ascends the everlasting throne! (Meditate and think upon that.)

Psalm 23

1. A musical celebration using voice and instrument, written by David. Since I am being taken care of by the Self-Existent One, I lack nothing.
2. He leads me to repose and rest in lovely, beautiful places: He enables me to run with a sparkle upwards to peaceful refreshment.
3. He restores my vitality: He conducts me with delight to prosperous areas because of who He is and because He is paying attention to me.
4. Even when I experience calamity, I won't be afraid of being broken for You are with me - Your guidance protects and consoles me.
5. You take care of me, even in the presence of those who are against me. You satisfy me with more than enough.
6. Joyful favor and beautiful kindness will revive and refresh me and I will be permanently married into the family of God.

Psalm 22

1. For the director of music. To the tune of “The Doe of Dawn.” A poem put to music, written by David.
Questions asked
My God, my Almighty God, have You let go of me? Quit helping me? Quit listening to my deep cries of distress?
2. O, the One I worship as Supreme, I urgently address You by Your Name all day long. Are you paying any attention? - Even during the night season I am not quiet.
Looking at evidence related to the questions
3. Yet You, sacred and clean, unite with and dwell in the hymns and celebrations where You prevail.
4. Our fathers were bold in You. They had such confidence in you that You carried them away safely.
5. They passionately cried unto You and You slipped them away to safely: They hastened to you in hope and were not disappointed or ashamed.
6. But I - bloody, not treated like a human being - am defamed and disgraced by those milling around me.
7. Those who see me deride, making fun of me as if I was a foreigner. They stare, make strange sounds and wag their heads as they jeeringly say,
8. 'He committed himself to God for safety. Let God set him free, since He was pleased with him.'
9. God, You enabled me to be born and You gave me confidence even while I was still nursing my mother.
10. I was entirely dependent upon You from birth - even from conception.
11. Don't leave me now: my rival opponents are crowding around and I have no protection.
12. Myriads of them, breaking forth in wild strength, revolve around me to violate and frustrate me; the chiefest and most valiant ones enclose around me and besiege me.
13. They opened their mouths toward me like blood thirsty, roaring, violent lions.
14. I am spilled like urine; my body is pulled out of shape; my heart feels like hot wax melted into my abdomen.
15. I am confused, ashamed, withering up to die - yet with me not speaking a word, as you reduce me to dust.
16. Those cooperating with my arch rival surround me; those worthless spoilers beat me up and cut me down, violently piercing my hands and my feet.
17. Since I am naked all my bones are visible. Those standing around stare at me.
18. They separate my clothes among them and cast lots for my outer garment.
After looking at evidence, God has not forsaken and an appeal to not change
19. Don't leave me, O Self-Existent One. Quickly surround me, O my Protection.
20. Save me from becoming disconnected from You. Protect my unity with you from false leaders.
21. Keep me from being violently blown away. You have responded to me with your conspicuous power.
Final answers and conclusions
22. I will recount and celebrate your character (what you are really like) with my family, and even in the middle of the multitude I will boast of You.
Recommendations for others
23. You who reverently submit to the Creator God, boast of Him. All of you who were born into the family honor Him. Take time with Him, everyone who is an offspring of those who have prevailed with the Almighty,
24. He has not put down or loathed those who are depressed; neither has He turned away from those who cried to be set free, but rather responded intelligently.
Conclusions
25. I will boast of You in church: I will fulfill my promises to God before those that honor and revere Him.
26. Those who are busy being humble and gentle will become satisfied; those who follow and worship Him will boast about the Self-Existent One - their inner life will be continually revived.
27-28. Everyone in this world will again acknowledge the Creator God: all the tribes on this earth will prostrate flat in His presence, for the Creator's kingdom rules everywhere.
29. Those who reproduced on earth will bow down in worship. All who have died will once again bow before the Self-Existent One. No one can keep his own soul alive.
30. A special posterity will work for Him; it will be inscribed to the Sovereign Lord for a dwelling:
31. They will go out and explain to others His justice, His virtue and what He has done.
